As part of my curatorial residency with glór, Ennis I commissioned artist Kari Cahill to create a video workshop about foraging for bio-colour. This workshop is designed to give you the basic knowledge and experience to explore the abundance of colour surrounding you in the landscape. Kari will demonstrate how to forage in the hedgerows and shores of County Clare; identifying plants and gathering seaweed, botanics and earth pigments. She will demonstrate how to process natural materials into pigment and ink.
